  Tegrity Mobile App: Viewing Classes

The Tegrity Mobile App provides students with an additional portable option for viewing Tegrity classes.  In addition to the ability to view classes from mobile devices, students can also search for keywords that have been captured in PowerPoint presentations, websites/web pages, and other content using Tegrity's patented "Search Anything" technology.

Capturing a lecture with Tegrity is just the beginning.  With Tegrity's robust editing tools, you can easily add, change and delete lecture content at will.  Join us and learn from one of Tegrity's experts how to best utilize Tegrity's basic editing options such as chapter/index editing, segment cutting  and adding searchable keywords to assist students with navigation.  You will also learn how to manage your class recordings by using the class actions listed in the "Actions" menu.

Ever wondered how to do more with and further enhance your class recordings?  Attend this session and we'll show you the easy step-by-step path for correcting errors in your existing Tegrity classes as well as import video clips to create a richer, more engaging learning experience for your students.

New Tegrity Bookmarks allow students to "set" bookmarks during class by clicking a single key on their iPods, iPhones, browser enabled cell phones or regular browsers. Students can easily notate "action items" to review specific points where the professor was unclear or the information provided seemed critical for a test. Later, when reviewing classes with Tegrity Campus, the student can easily navigate to these bookmarks, check them off after review and set new ones.  Students can also "Tweet" bookmarks to their Twitter account.

Tegrity Connect enables you to participate in real-time course discussions as well as have a private (one-on-one) discussion with an online user.  Students enrolled in courses recorded with Tegrity can collaborate with their peers on class material using Tegrity Connect, and you (the instructor) can jump in to assist as well!
